Shipping policy

This section explains what occurs after you approve the designs for all items in your order. Once you give your final approval, we will send the designs to production, which will begin the estimated delivery countdown.

Shipping Destinations

Please note that we currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Options & Costs

Standard shipping (2–3 days) is included in the price for all orders. Expedited shipping (1 day) is available for 19 USD. We select the most efficient shipping carriers (such as USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or similar services) to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Tracking & Split Shipments

You will receive tracking codes once your items are printed and ready for shipment. Items may ship separately if ordered together. Because we utilize a broad network of printing facilities, parts of your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive a tracking code for each package at no extra charge.

Delivery Issues

If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please get in touch with us to investigate. If you receive a physically damaged order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it to initiate the replacement process.

Address Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, tracking their orders, and ensuring they receive their packages on time. A new delivery fee will apply if a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or any other incorrect information provided by the customer. Our team will calculate this fee separately.
