Shipping policy

This section explains what occurs after you approve the designs for all items in your order. 

Once you give your final approval, we will send the designs to production, which will begin the estimated delivery countdown.

Production and Delivery Timeline 

We estimate delivery will take 5 to 12 business days after your order goes to print. This timeframe includes production, packaging, and shipping to your address. Please note that delivery times may vary based on order volume, seasonal demand, and the workload of production or delivery services.

Shipping Cost 

We provide a flat shipping rate of $7 for all orders. Furthermore, orders exceeding $100 (after discounts) are eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Method 

At present, we only offer standard shipping options such as USPS Ground Advantage, SmartPost, USPS Priority Mail Standard, and similar services. We select your order's most efficient shipping method to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Tracking 

You will receive tracking codes once your items are printed and ready for shipment. Because we have a broad network of printing facilities, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive a tracking code for each package but no extra shipping charges.

Delivery Issues 

Please get in touch with us to investigate if delivery is delayed beyond 12 business days. If you receive a physically damaged order, contact us within 14 days of receiving it to initiate the replacement process.

Address Accuracy Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address, tracking their orders, and ensuring they receive their packages on time. A new delivery fee will apply if a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or any other information the customer provides. Our team will calculate this fee separately.
