2. Send Your Photos
We'll follow up by email within 12 business hours to go over your preferences. Upload your photos via Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or another method that works for you. You'll also fill out a brief for our designer.

3. Review & Approve
You'll receive a digital proof within 2–4 business days. Each revision round takes about 2 business days. We send the file to print once you give us the go-ahead.

4. Printing & Delivery
Printing takes 2–4 business days in the USA. Standard shipping (2–3 days) is included. Your PDF copy will be sent once printing begins.

You place an order, pick your size and page count, and suggest a title. We email you within 12 business hours to go over preferences. You upload your photos through Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or whatever works for you, and fill out a short design brief. Our designer builds the layout, sends you a digital proof in 2–4 business days, and you review it. Once you approve, we send it to print.

A short form we send after you order. It covers the basics: what the book is for (wedding, family, travel, etc.), any color or style preferences, whether you want text on the pages, and anything else that helps us get the layout right on the first try.

We do color correction and print preparation, but not retouching. If a photo needs skin smoothing, object removal, or heavy editing, handle that before sending it to us.

We don't expedite the design phase — that takes as long as it takes to get right. But expedited shipping (1 day) is available for $19 at checkout.

Because every book is made to order, we can't accept returns. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match your approved proof, message us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

We send the file to print. Printing takes 2–4 business days, and your PDF copy is emailed to you once printing begins. After that, standard shipping is 2–3 days.

As many as you want. There's no limit. The designer will select the best ones based on image quality and how well they fit the layout. If you want every photo included, let us know and we'll work them all in.
