Reprint of a past order — already received your book and want another? Pick the listing that matches your original book and enter your Design ID from the previous order in the title field.

Use this when you're placing a new order and want more than one identical copy of the same book. The main product page allows one copy per design, so any additional copies of that same book go through this listing.

1. On this listing, set the quantity to the number of extra copies you need (2 extras = 2 copies here, on top of the 1 on your main order).
2. In the title field, enter the exact same book title you used on your main order.
3. Match every other option — size, page count, cover style, cover material, paper, and finish — to your main order.

1. In the title field, enter your Design ID from the original order. You'll find it in your order confirmation email; if you can't locate it, email us with your order number and we'll send it over.
2. Match every option exactly as it was on your original order — size, page count, cover style, cover material, paper, and finish.

We confirm the file and specs within 1 business day. If anything doesn't match, we'll email you to sort it out before printing.

Step 3. Printing & delivery
Printing takes 2–4 business days in the USA. Standard shipping (2–3 days) is included; expedited options are available at checkout.

Because each copy is made to order, we're unable to accept returns. If anything isn't quite right, message us within 14 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.

✦ We keep your approved design file on hand for reprints. If your original order was placed more than a year ago, email us first so we can confirm the file is still available.

✦ Can't find your Design ID? Email us with your original order number and we'll look it up.

✦ Specs mismatch is the most common source of delay — please double-check size, page count, cover, paper, and finish before checking out.

✦ Cover style and material must match exactly on a reprint. A Cameo cover can't be substituted for a Photo cover, for example — each uses a different production setup.

✦ Always start with the main product page for each new design — each design is ordered one copy at a time there. Use this page only to add more copies of that same book, or to reprint a book from a past order.

✦ Different books go through the main product page as separate orders, even if they're the same format. This page is only for duplicates of the same design.
