Design process
At our design studio, we’ve made the custom design process as smooth and easy as possible. Here’s how it works:
1. Placing Your Order
Once you place your order, our friendly manager will get in touch with you within 12 business hours. They’ll provide you with all the details you need to get started. We’ll also send over a design brief where you can tell us exactly what you’re looking for (don’t worry—we’ll guide you through it). Your design brief should fit within the limits specified on the product page, but if you have any questions, we’re here to help!
2. Sharing Your Photos
After receiving the design brief, you’ll need to upload your photos. Just follow our easy, secure upload instructions, and you can send us your images through a file-sharing platform. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out!
3. The Design Draft
Once we have everything we need, our designer will start working on a draft based on your specifications. If we need any clarifications to make sure the design matches your vision, we’ll reach out to you. Once the draft is ready, we’ll send you a link to review it.
4. Review Rounds and Feedback
We want to make sure you’re completely happy with the final design, which is why we offer up to three rounds of revisions included in the price. If you need more adjustments, additional review rounds are available for just $10 each.
When you get the draft, you can leave comments, suggest changes, or approve it directly using our easy online system. If changes are needed, we’ll update the design and send it back to you for another look.
5. Timelines
We understand that design is a creative process, so timelines can vary. But we’ve set up some general timeframes to help things run smoothly and efficiently.

First Steps: After your order, expect to hear from us within 12 business hours with all the instructions you need. While there’s no strict deadline to finish the design brief and upload your photos, we suggest completing it within 5 to 10 days so we can get started quickly.

Draft Delivery: Once we have all your materials, our designer will get to work. You’ll receive the first draft within four business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your project requires extra time due to its size or complexity, we’ll work with you to adjust the timeline.

Review Process: After you receive the draft, you’ll have 14 days to review it, approve it, or request changes. If we don’t hear from you within that period, we’ll assume the design is approved and move forward with printing.

Revisions: For any requested changes, we’ll provide an updated version within two business days and send you a new link to review.
